Project Management Assistance
SERFET also assists contractors, investors, communities and financiers in their real estate projects. Since our clients don’t have all the skills required, we bring them our skills and expertise.
SERFET as Project Management Assistance (AMO) is mandated to assist the Contracting Authority in defining, piloting and operating the project of his/her client.
SERFET as an assistant acts as advisory and/or provider of assistance role and proposals, with the decision-maker remaining the contracting authority. SERFET helps along project coordination and allows the contracting authority to fully fulfill his project management obligations by carrying out a mission of assistance to the contracting authority.
